Return & Exchange Policies :-

All orders/ products which are personalized/customized cannot be cancelled.
For other non-personalized/ customized orders, please mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 3-4hrs of placing the order with your order ID. The cancellation will only be processed provided the production or dispatch has not been initiated by the designer and is at the sole discretion of the designer. Our support team will confirm the same. If cancellation is confirmed, your money will be refunded in 6 to 7 working days.
Quality & Delivery Assurance :-
1. Customer can choose to get a full refund or replacement in follow cases:
If the product is not as per image/description provided on the website
If the product is physically defective, damaged or the wrong product is delivered.
If the product has missing part or accessories.
In above cases if customer wants a replacement and a replacement is possible, I will bear all shipping charges involved. In case of refund, it will be processed only after the product is received back in original condition. The customer would be refunded full amount
2. In case the order delivery is delayed more than the promised deadline, the buyer can claim a full refund if the product has not been received by the Buyer. If the product is received after the delivery date, the product should be couriered back to the seller and the refund will be processed after.
